Sanjay has executed complex projects in Industry 4.0, ML, SAP S4 HANA, SAP ECC 6.0, Oracle-based ERP, and building and managing large captive data centres.

His work includes a challenging BPR-led SAP S4 HANA migration from JDE, merging 4 ERPs (SAP ECC, Oracle 11, INFOR LN and Home grown) in a single SAP S4 landscape, Success Factor and SFDC CRM solution implementation, rolling out Digital transformation strategy using Industry 4.0 framework, optimizing datacentre spend by adopting Hybrid cloud infrastructure.

Sanjay has been recognized by the industry but more recently by PMO IT security arm for recovering critical data using unconventional methods during a large ransomware attack.

Before joining Akshpro, Sanjay had held CIO/Leadership positions at Jindal, JK Paper, ISGEC, Jaypee.

Sanjay is very active in technology forums and during his free time loves reading, and cooking.
